Christian Gressbach (born 12 December 1980) in Toggenburg is a Swiss tourism professional specializing in destination management, tourism marketing, and sports tourism.
He possesses extensive practical experience in tourism development and is recognized for pioneering initiatives in resonance-oriented (“soft”) tourism.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, an MBA in Sports Management, and a professorship at a University of Applied Sciences.
Since 2017, he has served as Managing Director of Toggenburg Tourism while concurrently working as a lecturer and project manager at the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden. Previously, he held positions as Managing Director of Region Olten Tourism and as Project Manager Enjoy Switzerland at Switzerland Tourism.
He is married, the father of three children, and resides with his family in Toggenburg.
